This time, I was a bit disappointed with the room as it was smaller compared to my previous stay. However, the bed was very comfortable. The noise from the road was a bit disturbing, and the soundproofing could be improved. The hotel provides good value for the price.

The service was excellent, especially from Ms. Yossra at the reception and Mr Abozar who went the extra mile to assist me. However, there was a language barrier as their English and Arabic abilities were limited, but they were always friendly and welcoming.

The hotel's location is great, particularly for accessing Bennigans and nightclubs. It's also very convenient for walking to shops and salon haircuts. The proximity to Bennigans is excellent for food, drinks, and relaxation.

The dining options were varied, with highlights like the live eggs & Waffle station to Idli Samba. However, there is room for improvement as the breakfast buffet could have been hotter. The discount for staying at the hotel is a nice perk.

During my stay, I found the hotel to be a great choice overall. The rooms were superb, offering a comfortable bed, cleanliness, and a lovely view from the 9th floor. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to assist. The location was very convenient, albeit a bit noisy at times. The dining experience was good with plenty of options. The facilities were also well-kept and enjoyable, providing a pleasant stay.
